Service Description

Monthly slip rentals are a great option for eligible Peninsula Pointe North property owners looking for extended lake access without committing to a full season. Two slips are designated for monthly lease and may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis up to 60 days in advance. Monthly rentals run from the first day of the month through the last day of that calendar month, with a rental rate of $300 per month.
