Zone A includes the covered portion of the pavilion located under the roof, offering a shaded and comfortable space for gatherings, meals, and events while still enjoying the lakefront setting. This rental is ideal for those who want protection from the sun or weather while using the pavilion. A $200 deposit is required, but will be refunded after the event space has been inspected and confirmed to be clean and in satisfactory condition.
