Service Description

Zone B includes the open-air deck portion of the pavilion, providing a spacious outdoor area perfect for enjoying the lake views, fresh air, and surrounding community atmosphere. This option is great for casual gatherings and events that want a more open waterfront setting. A $200 deposit is required, but will be refunded after the event space has been inspected and confirmed to be clean and in satisfactory condition.
